Overview

The report introduces Pacific Basin's first detailed CSR report for 2011, covering environmental, workplace and community performance. It reports a 7.5% reduction in CO2 emissions intensity to 8.66 grams of CO2 per tonne-mile and discloses one environmental pollution incident during the year. The report also describes group-wide workplace initiatives, including 64% external training for shore-based colleagues. Environmental and safety KPI measurements were audited by Lloyd's Register QA.
