The report presents Pacific Basin's 2022 sustainability performance across fleet decarbonisation, people, responsible business, and governance. It reports fleet carbon intensity of 9.66 grams of CO2 per tonne-mile, down 4.4%, alongside a net-zero-by-2050 commitment and a 50% EEOI reduction target by 2030. Sustainability governance is assigned overall to the Board, with the Audit Committee and Sustainability Management Committee supporting oversight. American Bureau of Shipping provided limited assurance over the owned-fleet data, while chartered-vessel data was not verified.
