Annual Report

The report describes Panasonic's fiscal 2009 production emissions as 3.47 million tons and says it achieved its 300,000-ton reduction goal versus fiscal 2007 one year early. It also reports bringing 233 industry-leading energy-efficient product models to market, above the target of 150. In April 2009, the company opened its ‘eco ideas’ House to demonstrate a virtually zero-CO2 home lifestyle.
