Overview

The report presents Panasonic's fiscal 2021 results and its transition toward a holding-company and operating-company structure. Its principal environmental commitment is zero CO2 emissions across all operating companies by 2030, as a milestone toward Environment Vision 2050. The year also included completion of the Blue Yonder acquisition as a wholly owned subsidiary to strengthen supply-chain solutions. People initiatives included the Group DEI Policy and expanded workplace safety and inclusion measures.
