Ethics Report

Overview

The report presents Pandora's 2013 responsible-business work across its people, product and planet value chain. It highlights the continued rollout of PANDORA Ethics, group-wide Responsible Jewellery Council certification, and continued United Nations Global Compact membership. Year-end headcount reached 8,683, while women represented 25% of the Board of Directors. At the Thailand crafting facilities, reported 2013 environmental data included 2,954 tonnes of waste and 291,572 M3 of water consumption.
