The report records PANDORA’s 2014 group revenue at DKK 11,942 million, alongside continued expansion across markets. It describes PANDORA Ethics as a Group-wide programme covering human rights, health and safety, environment and climate, business ethics, and supplier relations. At year-end, women made up 20% of Board members, below the company’s 35% target, which was subsequently extended to 2018.
