Annual Report

The report describes Pandora's 2020 sustainability priorities as low-carbon business, circular innovation and an inclusive and fair culture. The company committed to carbon-neutral operations by 2025, using 100% renewable energy at its Thailand crafting facilities and reporting a reduction of more than 25,000 tonnes CO2e. It reported that around 60% of silver and gold was recycled and 90% of crafting-facility waste was recycled. The report also highlights 75% women on the Board, a first CDP response and support for TCFD recommendations.
