Sustainability Report

The report presents NOVATEK's 2023 sustainability performance across climate, environmental protection, safety, employees and local communities. It reports 9,482 mt of Scope 1 GHG emissions, 17.29 million GJ of energy consumption and renewable energy accounting for 2% of the total energy mix. The company recorded one employee fatality and three contractor fatalities, while headcount reached 20,905 employees and average training stood at 54 hours per employee. External social expenses rose to RR 6 billion, including infrastructure, healthcare, indigenous peoples' support and community programs.
