Sustainability Report

The report describes Parex's 2023 sustainability performance across operated emissions, energy, water, waste, people, communities, and governance. It reports gross Scope 1 emissions of 199,449.44 tCO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 3,104.54 tCO2e, and Scope 3 emissions of approximately 4.35 million tCO2e. Renewable sources represented 3% of total energy consumption, while total water consumption was 137.71 Megaliters and waste generated was 34,220.06 Metric tons. The report also includes a reproduced PwC assurance report covering selected sustainability information, with reasonable assurance for GHG emissions and limited assurance for other selected indicators.
