Annual Corporate Responsibility Report

The report presents Park's second annual Corporate Responsibility disclosure, combining portfolio-level and company data for 2018. It reports 54 hotels and 32,082 rooms, alongside 854,333 MWh of energy consumption, 294,200 metric tons CO2e of GHG emissions, 1,872,517 kilogallons of water consumption and 29,291 metric tons of waste. It also provides workforce and governance diversity data, including an eight-member board with 25% women. The report highlights energy and water efficiency projects, food-waste diversion and other property-level environmental initiatives.
