Overview

The report describes the 2018 launch of PG LIFE, an impact-at-scale strategy linking investments to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. It reports 35 ESG engagements across lead direct private equity and infrastructure investments, alongside over 13,600 net new jobs and more than 203 million kWh saved across the portfolio. For its own workforce, Partners Group grew to 1,203 employees and advanced gender initiatives including the 20-by-2020 ambassador target and 25-by-2025 senior-women target.
