Overview

The report describes the HARTMANN Group's 2021 sustainability activities across product responsibility, environmental protection, employees and society. It reports Group-wide total energy use of 290,696 MWh and Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 62,023 t CO2e, while noting that the analysis was consolidated at Group level. The Group had 10,628 employees, with women representing 53% of the overall workforce and 33% of the Supervisory Board. Waste recorded during the year was approximately 21,300 metric tons.
