Overview

The report presents HARTMANN's voluntary sustainability disclosure aligned with key ESRS requirements and based on a double materiality assessment. In 2025, the Group employed 10,066 people and increased renewable energy to 23% of total energy consumption. Market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions were 63,406 tCO2e, while total energy consumption was 331,232 MWh. HARTMANN also reports a 2050 net-zero target covering Scopes 1, 2 and 3 and ongoing actions on water, waste, workforce safety and value-chain human rights.
