The report highlights Paychex's approximately 16,000 employees and its employee well-being, inclusion, diversity, and development efforts. It reports $547k in Foundation-funded grants in fiscal 2019 and $842,809 in employee United Way donations in 2019. Environmental efforts included recycling 8,983 units of electronics companywide and reducing printing by more than 40 million pages.
