Global Impact Report

The report highlights PayPal's facilitation of more than $4 billion in capital access for small and medium-sized businesses and more than $20 billion in customer donations. It reports 90% total renewable energy use and an 80% reduction in operational emissions from the 2019 baseline, while stating a 25% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target for 2025. The report also describes employee wellness and diversity initiatives and nearly 100,000 employee volunteer hours.
