Global Impact Report

The report highlights PayPal's 2024 support for small businesses, including approximately $3 billion in access to capital through 96,000 loans and cash advances. It reports a 79% reduction in operational GHG emissions compared with the 2019 baseline and says 91% of energy use across global data center and office operations was matched with clean generation sources. The company also conducted a double materiality assessment considering its impacts on people and the environment as well as its financial risks and opportunities.
