Sustainability Report

The report presents Portobello Grupo's 2024 sustainability performance across its consolidated Brazilian and U.S. operations. It reports 4,144 active employees at year-end, with women representing 34.56% of the workforce and 13% participation on the Board of Directors. Environmental disclosures include 3,484,707.29 GJ of total energy consumption and 311.42 megaliters of water consumption, alongside extensive waste, circularity and renewable-energy initiatives.
