Overview

The report shows PCCW delivering consolidated 2023 revenue of HK$36,347 million, while Viu reached 62.4 million monthly active users and the Group expanded its regional media and telecommunications offerings. HKT continued 5G expansion, with approximately 1.4 million users at year-end and 10G broadband available to 2.4 million households. Sustainability governance was supported by a Sustainability Committee, environmental targets and resource-efficiency initiatives, alongside a workforce of over 15,000 employees across 25 countries and cities.
