The report describes a 16% year-on-year reduction in carbon emissions and a 2% reduction in energy consumption, alongside a Group net-zero roadmap covering Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 targets. It reports stronger supply-chain oversight through 175 supplier assessments and 95% of top suppliers signing the ethical code of conduct. Waste performance included 91% recycled or sent for energy recovery, although total waste increased to 188 tonnes. Employee engagement improved to 71, while volunteering reached 1,714 hours.
