Overview

The report discloses Peloton's first FY22 full value-chain emissions inventory, totaling 1,613,779 metric tons CO2e, and introduces initial environmental targets including 100% renewable electricity for direct operations by FY26 and a 95% reduction in air freight from the FY21 baseline. It also reports the first annual Global Pay Equity Study, which found no statistically significant gender or ethnicity pay gaps.
