The report presents Pepkor's FY25 sustainability performance through its Building Better Business framework, highlighting 48 500 permanent FTE employees and 35 278 children in ECD centres. The company reports 17 533 tCO2e Scope 1, 227 375 tCO2e Scope 2, 57 073 tCO2e Scope 3 and 301 981 tCO2e total emissions, while solar PV generation reached 5 197 029 KWh.
