Sustainability & ESG Report

The report describes Perrigo's 2021 sustainability activities across climate, energy, water, packaging, employee well-being, human rights and community engagement. It sets a global net-zero carbon goal for 2040, a 15% GHG reduction target by 2026, and a 42% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030. The report also restates its emissions baseline following business divestitures. ESG oversight is assigned to the Board's Nominating & Governance Committee, with quarterly reviews and updates.
