Annual Report

The report says Persimmon completed 9,384 homes and recorded £1.57 billion in turnover in 2010, while generating £225.6 million in free cash flow. Its corporate responsibility disclosures report energy consumption of 24.7 million kilowatt hours and CO2 emissions of 14 thousand tonnes. The report also says 82% of construction waste was recycled, 93% of customers would recommend Persimmon, and 22% of homes sold were built to the Code for Sustainable Homes standard.
