Annual Report

The report describes Persimmon’s 2011 revenue of £1,535.0m and operating margin of 10.0%, alongside a proposed £1.9 billion capital return to shareholders over nine and a half years. It reports a total carbon footprint of 13,900 tonnes of CO2 and says waste generated per home built had fallen to 6.6 tonnes. The report also highlights the use of Space4 timber frames in 34% of homes sold.
