Annual Report

The report records a 12% rise in Group revenue to £1,721.4m and 9,903 home completions in 2012. It describes stronger profitability and £178.0m of free cash generation. On sustainability, Persimmon reports reducing construction waste per home sold by 3% to 6.4 tonnes and recycling 88% of generated waste, while reportable accidents fell to 53. It also reports a 13,548-tonne operational carbon footprint and 4,621 training days.
