Sustainability Report

The report highlights the company's improved Carbon Disclosure Project disclosure score, expanded climate reporting and a 2015 operational carbon footprint of 31,557 tonnes CO2e. It also reports energy use of 30.7 million kWh and total waste generated of 91,161 tonnes. Employee numbers reached 4,188, while 10,212 training days were provided and 580 apprentices, trainees and graduates were employed. The report also describes community investment, including £47 million in new community facilities.
