Overview

The report describes Persimmon's 2017 sustainability performance across customers, people, wellbeing, environment and communities. It reports 4,535 employees, 10,669 training days, and continued equality and diversity accreditation. Operational carbon footprint was 30,830 tonnes CO2e, with a 92% recycling rate and a reset 10% intensity-reduction target for 2017-2026. The Group delivered 3,005 affordable homes and contributed £64m to local communities, while its Charitable Foundation donated £748,842.
