Sustainability Report

The report describes PMHB's fourth sustainability report for 2019, covering material economic, environmental and social matters and a governance structure in which the Board oversees EES efforts. Environmental initiatives included replacing diesel-based plant and machinery with electrical equipment, after which reported carbon-footprint emissions dropped by 33%. The company reported 399 employees at year-end, alongside zero fatal accidents in its workforce table. The report also details materiality analyses, environmental management systems, recycling, safety training and community programmes.
