Sustainability Report

The report describes Petra's FY 2014 sustainability performance across its mining operations. The company employed 8,206 people, recorded one work-related fatality, and reported lower Group carbon emissions of 562,935 tCO2e from Scope 1 and 2 activities. It also reports total water use of 40,995,687 m3, electricity usage of 508,310,351 kWh and a target to reduce total carbon emissions by 1% per annum over five years.
