Overview

The report presents PFA's 2023 group performance, including 1,522 full-time employees, 65% renewable energy and 40% women on the Board of Directors. It describes PFA's corporate responsibility strategy, support for SDGs 3, 7, 12, 13 and 17, and membership of the UN Global Compact. Climate reporting records 336 tonnes Scope 1 and 49 tonnes Scope 2 emissions, alongside a 29% investment carbon-footprint reduction target from 2019 through end-2024. PFA also reports a 2050 net-zero commitment for its total investment portfolio and extensive EU Taxonomy disclosures.
