Overview

The report describes PGE Group's energy transition strategy, centered on decarbonisation and climate neutrality by 2050. It reports the Group's first detailed 2021 carbon footprint across Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 categories. The report also presents EU Environmental Taxonomy eligibility disclosures for turnover, operating expenditure and capital expenditure. ESG governance was formalised through a Management Board proxy for ESG and a Sustainable Development Committee supervising ESG processes.
