Management Board's Report

Overview

The report presents PGE Group's 2025 performance alongside a new Strategy to 2035 focused on energy security, renewables, flexible gas capacity, storage and district heating decarbonisation. It reports consolidated sales revenues of PLN 61,434 million and 41,690 year-end employees. Gross Scope 1, location-based Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions were 52,200,270, 1,297,281 and 23,907,689 t CO2e, respectively. The Group also reports a 2050 climate-neutrality/net-zero objective and a limited assurance engagement over its Sustainability Statement.
