Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents PREI's first sustainability report and describes the creation of a Sustainability Committee in 2008. It reports a Phase 1 pilot covering 59 properties and 224 buildings, using benchmarking of energy, water and waste data. It also highlights operational efficiency, recycling, LEED-related education and sustainable development strategies.
