Overview

The report is the Group's first ESG report and describes ESG governance through a Social Responsibility Management Committee and an ESG working group. It used 287 valid stakeholder questionnaires to derive 14 material ESG issues. Environmental disclosures include comprehensive energy consumption and Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, while the Group reported no work-related deaths and 100% employee training coverage in 2019.
