Annual Report and Accounts

The report describes Phoenix Group's 2012 corporate responsibility programme, including Group-wide reporting across Environment, Workplace, Community and External stakeholders. The company employed 1,229 staff at year-end and reported 73% employee engagement, with 96% participation in its employee survey. It also launched environmental tracking for energy, printing and recycling data, achieved sustainable paper sourcing through PEFC and FSC-certified materials, and continued charitable and community partnerships.
