Corporate Responsibility Report

The report describes Phoenix Group's 2015 corporate responsibility programme across four pillars: Environment, Workplace, Community and External Stakeholders. Highlights include a 75% score in Business in the Community's CR Index, planting 1,000 trees, and diverting 100% of waste from landfill at core sites. The Group reported 3,952 tonnes of CO2e in its 2015 carbon footprint, comprising Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. It also donated £174,797 to charity and delivered 1,942 staff volunteering hours.
