Overview

The report describes Phoenix Group's 2020 acquisition of ReAssure, which increased the Group to c.14 million customers and 7,653 colleagues. It reports Scope 1 emissions of 4,913 tonnes of CO2e and Scope 2 emissions of 3,266 tonnes market-based and 10,065 tonnes location-based, with approximately 85% of electricity from certified renewable sources.
