Social Responsibility Report

Overview

The report presents PICC P&C's 2020 response to COVID-19, poverty alleviation, customer protection, green development and employee welfare. It reports 7.116 RMB billion in green investment, 6962.15 RMB 10,000 in accumulated monetary and material donations, and 180,616 employees. ESG responsibilities were assigned at Board level, and SGS provided independent assurance of the report's sustainability activities.
