Overview

The report describes FY21 actions across Pick n Pay's People n Planet strategy during a year shaped by Covid-19. The company reports a total carbon footprint of 1 372 209 tonnes CO2e, 7 773 MWh of renewable energy generated, and 61% of waste diverted from landfill. Through Feed the Nation, it raised R125 million and donated 150 000 hampers and 28 million meals.
