Annual Report

The report describes a transformational FY2021, including record spodumene production of 281,098 dmt and shipments of 281,440 dmt, alongside the acquisition of the Ngungaju Plant. The company expanded sustainability disclosure through SASB and strengthened Board-level sustainability oversight. It also reported estimated Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 60,066 CO2-e tonnes and progressed climate-risk analysis and a pathway toward net-zero emissions.
