Overview

The report documents a 2025 group-wide sustainability program combining ESG governance, climate action, sustainable finance and workforce disclosure. It reports Board-level ESG oversight, a double materiality assessment, 381,061 tCO2e of market-based operational GHG emissions, and a 2030 operational carbon-neutrality target. It also reports 258,806 employees, 100% supplier ESG training coverage, and extensive responsible banking, insurance and investment activity. Deloitte provided limited assurance over selected 2025 sustainability indicators.
