Corporate Responsibility Report

The report presents Pitney Bowes' 2010 corporate responsibility programs across business ethics, environment, diversity, people, customers and suppliers, and community. Highlights include a reduction of more than 10 million kilowatt hours from the 2007 electricity baseline and recycling of more than 6.5 million pounds of product-takeback materials. It reports that women represented 23% of the Board of Directors and that work-related fatalities were 0 in 2010. Community giving totaled $4.4 million, while employees volunteered over 70,000 hours.
