Overview

The report describes LUKOIL's 2007-2008 sustainability performance across its Russian operations, including completion of the 2004-2008 Environmental Safety Program with 32.3 bln rubles invested in 375 events. It reports 141.6 mln. cu. m of 2008 water consumption for LUKOIL Group organizations and highlights the company's environmental and social programs. LUKOIL also records joining the UN Global Compact in 2008 and independent certification of the report at a reasonable level under ISAE-3000.
