Integrated Annual Report

The report describes Mallplaza's 2022 recovery and expansion across 25 urban centers in Chile, Peru and Colombia, alongside an ESG strategy built around climate action, entrepreneurship, and diversity and inclusion. It reports 84.4% renewable energy and an 18% regional reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions, with a roadmap to carbon neutrality by 2030. Social highlights include 6,854 Plaza Emprende entrepreneurs and a workforce of 761 employees, 51% women.
