Overview

The report discloses FY2023 sustainability performance for the Group, including total carbon emissions of 606.25 tonnes CO2 equivalent and location-based Scope 2 electricity emissions. Energy consumption fell to 1,193,136 kWh, a 46% reduction from the preceding year following the cessation of management of Louis Kienne Serviced Apartments. The Group reported six full-time employees and zero workplace fatalities, while also reporting zero customer privacy breaches and zero bribery or corruption incidents. It adopted TCFD recommendations and prepared the report with reference to GRI Standards, but did not seek external assurance.
