Sustainability Report

The report presents a sustainability-focused account of 2018, including HSE-system certification, environmental efficiency results, workforce and safety performance, community investment, and limited external assurance. It reports 93.7% water recycling and reuse and a 21.7% reduction in specific GHG emissions versus 2017. The report also describes 19,942 average employees, three employee work-related fatalities, and $33.6 million allocated to social support activities. Deloitte provided limited assurance over selected non-financial performance data and ICMM/GRI assertions.
