Sustainability Report

The report covers Polyus' 2023 sustainability performance across environmental, social and governance topics. Highlights include a 26% reduction in gross Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions versus 2020, 100% renewable electricity consumption, and the launch of an automated tailings-facility monitoring system. The company reported 20,686 average employees, 16,860 employees trained, one workplace fatality, and $81 mln allocated to social support. It also established Polyus Fund, which selected 25 grant winners and had completed 17 projects by year-end.
