The report describes the Group's 2023 double materiality analysis, which identified seven key areas. It reports that the share of vehicles running on renewable and fossil-free energy rose to 50% by the end of 2023, and states a net-zero target for 2040. It also sets out new quantified emissions-reduction targets against 2022 and a goal of 40% female managers by 2030.
