Annual Report

The report presents 2015 as a year of nearly flat revenue and improved underlying cash operating income, with revenue of €3,461 million and underlying cash operating income of €303 million. PostNL reported customer satisfaction of 86%, employee engagement of 64% and three fatal accidents. Gross Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions were 42 and 40 ktonnes, while gross Scope 3 emissions rose to 248 ktonnes, largely due to expanded subcontracted international activity and shipments to China. The report also explains that historical CR figures were revised following Whistl's removal from reporting scope and other data revisions.
