Overview

The report presents the PZU Group's 2019 integrated financial and non-financial performance under IRC and GRI guidance. It introduces group-wide Scope 1, Scope 2 and partial Scope 3 emissions reporting, alongside 41,042 employees converted into FTEs and detailed energy and water data. The report also highlights employee development, occupational safety, climate-risk management, responsible products and extensive prevention and community programs. A total of one fatal work accident was recorded in the Group during the year.
